Files

The File Manager is the operational hub for imported PDFs. It lists stored files, shows key metadata such as name, size, and import date, and gives you quick access to preview, open, move, and delete actions.

How It Works​

  1. Open the File Manager from the pane or land there by default when the app starts.
  2. Review the grid of imported PDFs and use folders to narrow the list.
  3. Click a row or its action menu to preview the file or open it in the viewer.

What To Keep In Mind​

  • Files are embedded into the workbook so the workbook can carry the document context with it.
  • Deleting a file also removes linked annotations for that file.
