Draw Line

The line tool creates a visual markup on top of the PDF. It is useful for pointing at clauses, underlining areas of concern, or marking directional review notes without extracting anything into Excel.

How It Works​

  1. Open the target PDF in the viewer.
  2. Launch the Draw Line command from the ribbon or viewer workflow.
  3. Click once to place the start point and click again to finish the line.

What To Keep In Mind​

  • Lines are saved as annotations and can participate in comment workflows.
  • If a group is selected, the line adopts that group color for easier visual organization.
